What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer both 1st and 2nd class postage throughout the UK. You can also collect your items directly from the branch they are in stock or arrive in.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Depending on your postage, it can take up to 3 working days for your parcel to arrive.

  • First class – 1-2 working days delivery including Saturday
  • Second class – 2-3 working days delivery including Saturday

If the items you ordered are in stock, you can collect the same day.

 

How Do I Track My Order?

In the confirmation email after purchase you will be sent a tracking number. Input that number into the text field on this page, you will also need to input the email your order was placed with.

From here you can see all the tracking information you need.

How Do I Place an Order?

To place an order, simply add the item to your basket. Click the basket icon at the top right, from here click “checkout”and continue with the on-screen prompts.

You will receive an order confirmation and an email. Keep these with you as you will need the tracking number for future reference.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can checkout as guest which is just as easy. However, making an account means all of your orders are in the same place and makes it easier for you to track your orders.
